DIY guitar – Fender Jazzmaster (Part 1)

The Jazzmaster is a particular guitar, extremely versatile and yet very unique at the same time. Given the difficulty of finding used ones that are good but cheap, I started to build one from scratch!

The body is european ash, with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard. I chose a vintage construction with 7.25″ radius, where the truss rod is accessible only from the bottom of the neck.
